Please let us know about any food intolerances or allergies in good time so that we can cater for them.

CHECK-IN: Your room at the HOCHKÖNIGIN will be available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you’re arriving after 7:00 p.m., please notify us by telephone. On the day of arrival, LUXURY BOARD PLUS begins with our QUEEN SNACK.

CHECK-OUT: We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.

LATE CHECK-OUT up to 2:00 p.m. for wellness and spa area without room: € 20.00 per adult and € 10.00 per child – by request only and subject to availability.
LATE CHECK-OUT up to 7:00 p.m. for wellness and spa area without room and without QUEEN Snack: € 35.00 per adult and € 15.00 per child – by request only and subject to availability.
                            up to 7:00 p.m. for wellness and spa area with room & QUEEN SNACK: 50 percent of the room price – by request only and subject to availability.

Please note that the entire period of the reservation will be billed in the event of early departure or late arrival.

BINDING BOOKING: Your booking becomes binding after you have placed your booking order and we have issued our written confirmation. Your reservation will be confirmed after a deposit of approx. 30 percent of the booking price has been paid – by bank transfer to Volksbank Salzburg, Maria Alm branch, or by credit card (please provide us with the credit card number and the expiry date – Visa or MasterCard).

PRICES: Unless otherwise stated, the prices quoted are per person per day including theHOCHKÖNIGIN inclusive services and statutory VAT. This price list supersedes every previous price list. If the prices in the booking confirmation deviate from this price list, the prices and general terms and conditions of the viewable price list will always apply in case of doubt. The prices on this price list are reference prices. The prices stated on the Internet or in the offers sent by us are binding. No deductions will be made from the all-inclusive trip price for services not used during the all-inclusive weeks. All prices include our LUXURY BOARD PLUS in summer and winter.

We kindly ask you to come to dinner in appropriate attire. We look forward to seeing you in a classically elegant evening dress.

We are happy to support you! We have two charging stations for electric vehicles for €25.00 per charge. Please report to the reception if you would like to charge a vehicle.

Please hand in your voucher at the reception upon arrival.

We accept dogs in selected room categories on request. For this we charge a supplement of € 40.00 per day (without food). Please understand that dogs are not allowed anywhere in the wellness area or the restaurant. Additional costs for the final cleaning may apply.

Store your valuables safely and easily in the designated safe directly in your room. You will find the instructions directly on the safe. No liability will be accepted in the event of negligent behaviour.

CHILDREN: Please note that children cannot be accommodated in the COSY room and only one child can be accommodated in the HOCHKÖNIGIN COMFORT Suite.

CHILD-FRIENDLY: To make your holiday with your children as enjoyable as possible, we will of course provide you with the most important things for your little ones: children’s chairs, children’s bathrobes from a height of 116 upwards, baby monitor, cot, children’s menu etc.

We will be happy to fill the minibar at your request for a fee. You will find the order menu in your room.

A local tax of €2.00 per person and night is charged in Maria Alm. Children up to the age of 15 are exempt from the local tax.

For all suites we exclusively reserve one garage space per unit (except for the COMFORT Suite and the HOCHKÖNIGIN SKY Suite). All guests of the RESIDENCE, COMFORT Suite and HOCHKÖNIGIN SKY Suite have access to a free parking space directly in front of the resort. On request, an optional garage space can be rented for €15.00 per unit per day (subject to availability).

The restaurants are open for you from 7:30 a.m.

Our reception is open from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. We will be happy to help you with your questions and concerns.

CANCELLATION: If you are unable to attend your spa appointment, we ask you to cancel it at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the full treatment price will be charged.

OPENING TIMES:

• The QUEEN SPA is open from 7:15 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• The infinity outdoor pool including relaxation areas on the second floor is also open to families at certain times. We ask everyone to behave considerately!
• The saunas are open from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for guests aged 16 and above. If the weather is bad, the saunas are available from 10:00 a.m. The event sauna is open in winter from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• The infinity outdoor pool can be used in winter from 7:15 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and in summer from 7:15 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• The FAMILY SPA is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for families with children.
• The saunas and steam baths in the FAMILY SPA are available from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

You are welcome to take out travel insurance using the link in your booking confirmation. This comes to around five percent of the holiday price. On request, we will be happy to book travel insurance for you.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

• up to 21 days before arrival: 0% or free cancellation possible
• 20 to 3 days before arrival: 50%
• 2 days or more before arrival: 100%
• in case of no-show or early departure: 100%

 For group and seminar bookings, separate cancellation conditions apply as per offer or reservation confirmation.

As a special service, we offer you Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance (including helicopter rescue costs). Further information such as the services and conditions can be found in your booking confirmation. These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are let out again in whole or in part.

We accept no liability for lost property and will return such items on request and at your expense.

Please note that all of our rooms and suites are non-smoking rooms. Ashtrays are available on the balconies.

Room reservations: we always try to fulfil your room requests at the HOCHKÖNIGIN. Please understand that we unfortunately cannot confirm a specific room number or floor at the HOCHKÖNIGIN. This also applies to table requests in our restaurants.
