The dishes at our mountain restaurant DENGL ALM, such as the High Queen Burger, are legendary.
Regional ingredients are our first choice, whether it's the trout that we smoke ourselves, the cheese for our hearty pressed dumplings or the venison for our game ragout. The organic young cattle for our delicious tartare with quail egg or the liver dumpling soup come from our own species-appropriate breeding programme. To top it all off, we serve desserts of the day just like in a gourmet restaurant - from the HOCHKÖNIGIN kitchen.
